how were the nomminees chosen?

The pool of nominees for each category is comprised of the following:

* The top winner from each month. (If the winner was a solo staff submission or did not have an objective (in the case of games), inclusion was passed down to the next place.)
* Top winners in special NG contests. (The winner of each contest was placed into either the Game or Movie category).
* Submissions included as Honorable Mentions. (These were chosen by Tom Fulp to round out the list to 18 total entries.)

how was the panel chosen?

The voting for these awards will be handled by the two pre-selected, 12-person panels above. The Newgrounds community and the panel of 2,000 active members did their part to help us reach this point, now the final decision rests in the hands of the judges.

The list of people invited to participate in the final phase of this process have been selected for their noted expertise in art and/or animation, familiarity with current Flash animating techniques, or their contributions to the Newgrounds community. Every attempt was made to include a variety of people that cover the major aspects of making a submission for the considered category: artists, animators, programmers, designers, and game musicians.

How will the voting be handled?

The winner in each category will be chosen using a closed instant-runoff voting system, whereby each member of the panel will privately choose five favorites from the list of nominees and rank them in order of preference. If a submission receives a majority of the votes, it will be declared the winner. If there is not a majority (e.g. does not receive more than 50 percent of the votes), the submission with the fewest votes will be eliminated. The votes will then be recounted with each ballot cast for the highest-ranked choice which has not been eliminated from contention in a previous round. The process will repeat in this manner until a winner has received a majority.

i am writing this to tell you that i am forming a review watchdog that will get rid of all abusive reivews i will post this in c&c when my ban is over in two days so untill then just put links in your comment or pm and then ill create a post with a long list so we can all have deity whistles woo-hoo

SPEACIAL EFFECTS MANAGER
you create all speacial effects and you can provide suggestions about story line changes
as effects manager you will need a micro phone to capture the sounds here are some of the sounds you will need to make
smoke grenade rolling along floor(tin can)
hissing of smoke grenade(sorry cant help you there)
a few different alarm sounds(you should haver an alarm of your own)
bodys falling to the floor (fall onto floor next to your microphone on a soft surface of course)
alot of different gunshots (dont use a real gun

AUDIO MANAGER
as an audio manager you will control all audio and have an input in special effects
as an audio guy you will be controlling all the music it will be your job to find suitible music for the movies
you must own a decent audio program that you are good at using(such as gara
age band,fruity loops etc.)

FLASH ARTIST
ok as flash artist you will have the job of doing all animation and drawing you can have input in story and audio but mostly you do flash
you are required to have made at least three movies which have passed judgment and with a score of three or more
you must also have flash(thats obvious)

SPEAKER
as a speaker you well speak as a character
you will need a microphone and if your interested auditions are open just put t in audio portal and give me a link to and ill compare it to all the others script available through pm
the spots well need are
evil mastermind(someone who can sound evil)
a groaner(someone who is good at groaning)
frank(american accent super secret spy has slight croak in voice)
leo(guy runs spec ops centre, you need to be able to sond technical)

2.ready to work hard
3. can write good statements and speeches
4. is fairly well known and is at least level 5
5. most of made at least 250 posts on the bbs
6. must have fairly clean ban record
